Racehorse owners’ new web site overcomes older user hurdle

When the Racehorse Owners’ Association (ROA) launched its new website, one of its objectives was to better engage with the audience whose average age is in the ‘late 50s’. At the start of the project the ROA had just 1,000 member email addresses – it now has 4,000 on the database. And unique visits to the site average over 3,200 per month, with the average visit lasting three minutes. More
