A role which includes the dual challenge of increasing income through developing innovative, income generating businesses, developing corporate & private donors and supporting the exciting work we deliver across the county.
YMCA Cambridgeshire & Peterborough has been working in this area for 160 years. We have created the new role of Development Director to take forward our ambitious plans for enterprise development and income generation. As our Development Director, you will:
Research, develop & implement viable businesses & projects for our charity
Develop a donor base of corporate & individual givers
Support existing members of staff to continue to develop the work of the charity
Be part of the leadership team
You will bring to this role your excellent perspective & experience including: creativity and innovation; thorough market research; business planning; a demonstrable track record of developing viable and profit making businesses; a strong interest in working with Young People and its associated issues.
This is a permanent role
