In the wake of uncertain economic forecasts, CDFA is in a unique space to capitalise on the wave of public and policy interest around social investment, and in particular the type of community finance offered by our CDFI members.

Having successfully gained substantial funding for the sector, we are
poised to build a new offer to those sizable communities around the UK

the basic financial services.

As co-Membership Manager, you will implement the CDFA’s new membership strategy to support and deliver its CM2 programme (a sector specification performance management framework), for which you will be expected to travel, as required, within the UK. In addition, working with the Head of Business Development, you and your job share colleague will represent the CDFA on key regional groups to further the CDFI movement and to manage partnerships arising from these.
